Christian Hinton serves as the Office Manager at the Querrey InQbation Lab, where he is the primary point of contact for all startup and operational needs. He manages a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities, including startup onboarding, vendor setup, procurement, invoicing, reimbursements, and payroll coordination. Christian also supports the day-to-day operations of the 15,000sf facility, overseeing shared office and lab resources, supply and equipment management, and general oversite of the entire facility.
In addition to facilities oversight, Christian plays a key role in coordinating events, managing guest logistics, and supporting marketing and communications efforts, including newsletters, updates, and website content. He also maintains systems and documentation to streamline internal processes and collaborates closely with the INVO and Facilities teams to ensure a smooth experience for all resident startups.
