Innovation at Northwestern

Northwestern inventive activity is strong, with 230 disclosures in 2019. Our work strives to strengthen entrepreneurial activity by both students and faculty and build a self-sustained community that will generate innovations to benefit society.

Led by faculty and students and collaborative partnerships determined to solve pressing problems, our diverse and multidimensional innovation ecosystem cuts across our Evanston and Chicago campuses with creative, vibrant and persistent energy. INVO helps fuel this world.”
