Sintact Medical Systems, Inc. develops non-resorbable films that separate adjacent organs from attaching to each other after surgery. The Sintact film acts as a polymeric tissue substitute that separates organ and tissue surfaces to significantly reduce the likelihood of tissue attachment and associated post-operative complications.
