Chemical substances derived from natural sources, such as plants, bacteria, and fungi are the active components of more than two-thirds of modern medicines. Isolating and discovering useful natural products is a challenging and costly endeavor, but is made efficient by MicroMGx products and techniques. MicroMGx develops novel chemical substances using proprietary techniques that provide higher hit rates for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries' R&D discovery pipelines than competing sources of new chemical matter.
