ANNE One Platform
Continuous, Clinical‑Grade Wearable Monitoring for Patients

Problem
Traditional patient monitoring systems are cabled, bulky, and typically used only in the ICU setting. In the general medicine and surgery wards, vital signs may be checked only every 4 to 12 hours leading to blind spots where patients can deteriorate without early warning.
Solution
The ANNE® One Platform is a wireless, wearable monitoring system that provides continuous, clinical‑grade data on key vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and pulse oxygenation.
Developed by Sibel Health, the platform emerged from the pioneering work of McCormick Professor John Rogers’ lab, which specializes in bio‑integrated electronics. Rogers’ team created soft, skin‑like sensors that conform to the body, enabling long‑term monitoring without discomfort.
ANNE® One integrates these sensors with a mobile device and cloud platform, allowing clinicians to remotely track multiple patients in real time.
ANNE One enables continuous monitoring beyond the ICU, detecting patient deterioration earlier, supporting safer and faster discharges, and reducing nurse workload all at once.”

- Clinical‑Grade Accuracy: Validated against hospital monitors for accuracy and performance.
- Remote Care: Enables use cases for hospital at home and virtual wards.
- Versatility: Applicable for pediatric and adult monitoring in the home or hospital settings.
Technology & Commercialization Status
The ANNE® One Platform was spun out of research led by McCormick Professor John Rogers, a global leader in bioelectronics. His lab’s innovations in flexible, skin‑like sensors laid the foundation for Sibel Health, the company commercializing ANNE® One.
Sibel Health has since advanced the technology into an FDA‑cleared and CE-marked platform, deployed in hospitals, clinical trials, and home settings in high resource and low resource settings.
Backed by partnerships with major health systems and global organizations, ANNE One is positioned as a scalable solution for next‑generation digital health, bridging the gap between hospital‑grade monitoring and everyday care.
