With its unique and proprietary 3D-Painting technologies, Dimension Inx provides an extensive range of innovative material products compatible with advanced manufacturing processes, including 3D-printing, as well as final manufactured product and service solutions for a wide variety of medical and non-medical industries. Dimension Inx provides advanced manufacturing expertise, as well as a wide array of 3D-Paintable material products including synthetic and naturally derived biomaterials, simple and complex metals and alloys, advanced carbon and non-carbon materials, simple and complex ceramics, functional polymers and composites, extraterrestrial regoliths, and much more. Despite having such a wide range of compositions and applications, ranging from hard and soft tissue repair and regeneration to electronics and advanced structures, 3D-Paints can be; 3D-printed via simple, room-temperature extrusion at rates 10 to 100 times faster than existing additive processes; co-3D-printed to create multi-material products; and mixed prior to use to create compound, functional materials. 3D-Paint material products currently and soon to be available through Dimension Inx include but are not limited to Hyperelastic Bone®, 3D-Graphene and 3D-Graphite, organ-specific Tissue Papers, metals, alloys, ceramics, and more.
